SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping Methods: United States Postal Service, USPS.

  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated on order value, weight, destination/time and shipping method.

  3. Shipping Timeframes: We try our best to ship in a 3-5 business day time frame. There may be potential delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Shipping Locations: Currently we ship to US states only.

  5. Tracking Information: After your order has been fulfilled, you should receive a confirmation email in which you used to make the purchase with your tracking number. 

  6. Shipping Disputes: Please contact customer service if you have any shipping issues, including lost or damaged shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Refunds Policy:

  1. Return Eligibility: Customers can return products, such as damaged items, wrong item/size, or change-of-mind returns.

  2. Return Timeframe: Items must be returned 30 days from the date of delivery.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please reach out to customer support.

  4. Return Costs: We provide return labels.

  5. Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds may take up to 10 business days. Exchanges and Refunds can be made but will not be processed until original item(s) has been returned. 

  6. Defective Products: Please examine products upon delivery. All damages must be communicated within 3 days of delivery to receive a refund/exchange.

  7. Returns Address: Returns will go to the shipping address used to make purchase.

  8. Customer Support: Contact customer support in case customers have questions or issues with their returns.
